My name is Anna Ratajczyk and since 2005 I have been involved in finances. Initially, as an advisor to enterprises in the field of SME (SME), an employee of banks:Kredyt Bank SA, Bank BPH SA and coordinator of financial advisors in the area of a business client at the head office of Pro Finance Sp. z o.o. Since 2009, a senior specialist at PKO Leasing SA in the Project Coordination Department (Department of Strategic Transactions). Since 2015, I have been cooperating with a Dutch consulting company (HortiConsult), coordinating financial projects in the area of agriculture.

The experience I gained allowed me to create my own company that provides services related to writing business plans and feasibility studies, which are often a key element in the attempt to obtain financing.

Together with our consultants, we support our clients in obtaining investment financing in cooperation with all international banks. We have experience in "start up" projects financed under government agreements on tied aid and government programs supporting Polish and foreign entrepreneurs.Thanks to our help in dealing with the Ministry of Finance under tied aid agreements, the clients cooperating with us have completed investments in, among others, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and Iran. We provide services in writing a feasibility study for a given investment, creating business plans, obtaining financing and creating a detailed financing plan for any project.

• the most advantageous financing options, the payback period, taking into account this source of financial support for investments,
• financial and economic analysis,
• draft financial statements - balance sheet, cash flow statement, profit and loss account.

The business plans, feasibility studies and financial analyzes prepared by myself and our consultants are prepared in Polish and English. In each case, they meet the high requirements of financing banks and International Accounting Standards.
